INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF NATURAL PERSONS IN SUPPLY-CONSUMER RELATIONS

We would like to take you as a controller of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended from 25.5.2018 (hereinafter the "Regulation"). inform about the processing of your personal data. This information does not apply to the personal data of legal entities, including the name, legal form and contact details of the legal entity. The purpose of this information is to inform our clients and suppliers, as data subjects, about the processing of their personal data and their rights related to this processing.

1. PERSONAL DATA MANAGER

The administrator of your personal data is the company ROOMS AGENTURA, s.r.o., ID number 26781972, with its registered office at Prusíkova 2401/6 664, 504 01 Prague 5- Stodůlky, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 93373 ('we' or 'the Company').

2. CASES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Without your consent, we may process your personal data on the basis of the following legal titles and for the following purposes:

  1. Legal title: Performance of the contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request
  2. Purpose:
    • implementation of a contractual obligation, including related business and financial communications
  1. Legal title: Protection of the rights and legally protected interests of the Company
  2. Purpose:
    • for the recovery of amounts due for goods delivered or other receivables of the Company
    • effective management and administration of the Company
    • in selected cases, an assessment of your creditworthiness and credibility
    • protection of the legal interests (claims) of the Company
  1. Legal title: Fulfillment of a legal obligation arising from the law
  2. Purpose:
    • providing co-operation to state bodies on the basis of the law and within its limits, including data storage on the basis of the law
    • bookkeeping, tax agenda, archiving

3. PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We process your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. When processing personal data, we follow the following principles in particular: legality, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage restrictions; integrity and confidentiality and accountability.

4. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

We process the following personal data:

  • Your identification and contact details
  • information about the products we have purchased, or about the services you provide to us or we provide to you
  • data from our mutual communication (whether it took place in person, in writing, by telephone or otherwise)
  • payment details (eg information on the amount paid or due, account number, etc.)
  • only in selected cases information about your creditworthiness and credibility

5. SOURCES OF INFORMATION

Your personal data processed by the Company for the purposes described in point 2 of this information comes from the following sources:

  1. you provided us with the data, eg in connection with the conclusion of a contract or you provided it to us during our cooperation
  2. we also process data obtained from public sources, lists and records such as the Commercial Register, Trade Register, Insolvency Register, Real Estate Cadastre, Insolvency Register

6. RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA

In justified cases and only to the extent necessary, we transfer your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

  • to our contractual partners, which we need for our normal functioning and implementation of the contractual relationship with you, eg information technology suppliers, courier or postal service providers, financial institutions;
  • to other entities in cases where the provision of your data is required by law, or if it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (eg courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, etc.).

7. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS IN PROCESSING

With respect to your personal information, you have the following rights: /

  • Right of access - you can ask us for access to the personal data we process about you; we will also provide you with a copy of the processed personal data
  • Right of correction - you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data that we process about you
  • Right of deletion - you can ask us to delete your personal data if any of the following situations occur:
    1. personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed
    2. Your personal data has been processed illegally
    3. Your personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law that applies to the controller
  • Right to restrict processing - you can ask the Administrator to restrict the processing of your personal data if any of the following situations occur:
    1. you have denied the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
    2. the processing of your personal data is illegal, but you refuse to delete this data and instead request a restriction on its use;
    3. The Company no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but you request it to determine, enforce or defend legal claims;
    4. you have objected to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 (1) of the Regulation until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the Company outweigh your legitimate reasons
  • Right to data portability - in the cases envisaged by the Regulation, you have the right to obtain personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that this right must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others
  • Right to object - you can object at any time to the processing of your personal data by the Company for the purposes of direct marketing carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator
  • The right to file a complaint - you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (contact details can be found at www.uoou.cz)
  • The right to be informed - if there is a breach of security of his personal data, when it is likely that this case will result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms

8. TIME OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The above personal data are processed and stored by the Administrator for the duration of their contractual relationship and after its termination further for the duration of the limitation period of any related claim of the Administrator. After this period, we will destroy the client's personal data, unless we are entitled / obliged to process this data on the basis of another legal title. We will archive the documents containing your personal data for a prescribed period in cases where a binding regulation so requires.
